This Giving Tuesday, we at Winchester Youth Counselling want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to our unwavering supporters, trustees, Youth Board, volunteers, counsellors, supervisors and staff.

Your hard work, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our mission, to provide free counselling, therapy and mental health support to young people aged 11-25 in Hampshire, as well as support and advice for parents and are the driving forces behind our vital work.

Your support has made a profound impact on the lives of the children and young people we help, providing them with the help they need to thrive and live happier lives.

Together we can do more

As we reflect on the spirit of Giving Tuesday, we are so thankful for the incredible community that surrounds us. But also ask that together we do more.

There is a youth mental health crisis and it is not going away.  In fact, it is getting worse.  One in five young people aged 8-16 have a probable mental health condition. This is the highest number on record.

We want to help more children, young people and their families. But to do that, we need your help.

Today we are you to become a monthly supporter.  A small monthly gift can make a big difference.   For example, £3 a month could pay for two hours of nature therapy for a young person struggling with feelings of loneliness and isolation.

By making a donation you are helping us support local children and young people when they need us most.

Thank you so much for everything you continue to do.
