- Longer term one-to-one counselling
Meet with a dedicated counsellor weekly, to help you develop understanding and coping strategies for the troubles you are facing.
- Shorter-term one-to-one counselling
Ideal for immediate support, offering a solution-focused approach for young people.
An alternative option if you feel uncomfortable sitting with a counsellor in a room, allowing you to chat with a counsellor while enjoying the outdoors.
- Group nature therapy
A weekly group for 11-15 Year olds, with a range of activities like den making and fire building whilst supporting your mental health and wellbeing.
Open to everyone, offering free activities and refreshments, advice and information on mental health with the opportunity to talk to fully trained counsellors. No booking required.
