Our Services

At Winchester Youth Counselling, we provide flexible, personalised mental health support for young people aged 11–25 across the Winchester District. We offer both short-term and longer-term therapy options, tailored to meet each young person’s unique needs and circumstances.

Our services include:
- One-to-one counselling – confidential support to help young people explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a safe space.
- Nature therapy – outdoor sessions combining the healing power of nature with therapeutic support.
- Walk and Talk counselling – an alternative approach to traditional therapy, helping young people feel more at ease while moving through natural settings.
- Youth Wellbeing Drop-In – launched in January 2024, our drop-in service offers easy access to support without the need for a referral or waiting list.
We also recognise the vital role parents and carers play in supporting young people’s mental health. That’s why we offer parent consultations and informative groups and programmes, equipping families with guidance and strategies to support their child’s wellbeing. Please visit our Events> Parents page to find out more.
