About Nature Therapy:
Spending time in nature helps reduce stress and anxiety.
It also improves emotional health and wellbeing.
Sessions are run after school for 11-16 year olds.
Activites include campfire cooking, bushcraft and mindfulness…
As well as stream dipping and art & crafts.
Nature Therapy sessions are run throughout the year.
Nature can be a therapeutic environment for young people, by working with Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, we introduce young people to the positive benefits of connecting with nature.
With us, young people can enjoy sessions that work towards improving their mental well-being as well as enjoying the advantages of nature.
