Host a coffee morning
Get your family, friends, and colleagues together for coffee and cakes. Have fun baking (or buying, for the non-bakers!) some yummy cakes and treats to share.
Host a quiz
Feeling competitive? Why not host an in-person or virtual quiz. Check out Time to Change’s Mental Health Stigma Pub Quiz for some mental health related questions.
How about a bingo night?
With lots of online bingo callers and cards available, why not try something different and hold a bingo night and donate the entry fees?
Have a party!
Whether it’s a fancy ball, kids’ party, or laid-back film night, let your hair down and have a party! You could even create a birthday fundraiser on Facebook.
Take on a challenge
Want to push yourself physically? There are loads of events you can take part in across the country, virtually, or even overseas. You could run, climb, walk, cycle, or if you’re brave enough, you could even jump out of a plane! Why not join an organised challenge event or check out our events. Some organised challenges you could try are the Three Peaks Challenge, Race to the Stones, Dulux Race to the King, The Conqueror Virtual Challenges, and many more!
