Walk and Talk

We also offer counselling sessions that take place whilst walking in the Nature Reserve next to our offices.   Some people find it easier to talk when moving around, some prefer to be outside and some just enjoy being in a more natural environment.  Walking in nature can help you feel calmer and more relaxed making it easier to communicate and process your feelings.
