At Winchester Youth Counselling, we are incredibly grateful for the kindness, generosity, and encouragement we receive from individuals, local businesses, and community groups. Your support allows us to continue offering vital mental health services to young people aged 11-25 across the Winchester district — and we could not do it without you.

A special thank you goes to everyone who supported our recent charity auction. With your incredible generosity — from donating prizes to bidding and spreading the word — the event was a fantastic success and raised a total of £1054 of vital funds to support our work.

A huge thank you to Iona and Astrid, from our youth board, for all of their hard work with the online auction. Events like these not only raise money, but also bring the community together in support of young people’s mental health.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Know Thyself Charitable Trust, who generously donated £6,000 towards the cost of delivering 100 counselling sessions for children and young people in Winchester. Their support is making a direct and meaningful impact, helping us reach those who may not otherwise have access to the support they need.

Your support enables us to offer a number of counselling methods for 11 – 25 year olds in the Winchester District. This includes our 1-2-1 counselling, Walk and Talk therapy, wellbeing walk-ins, and nature-based therapy sessions. These services provide young people with a safe space to talk, explore their feelings, and develop strategies to support their mental health — often at a time when they need it most.

It’s not just financial donations that have an impact. Volunteers offering their time, people sharing our posts on social media, and those raising awareness of our services within the local area all contribute to ensuring that no young person feels alone or unsupported.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to every individual, group, and organisation who has stood by us. Your belief in our mission strengthens our resolve to be there for young people — helping them to build resilience, hope, and confidence for the future.

Together, we can continue to create a supportive community where young people are heard, valued, and given the tools they need to thrive. With your continued support, we can help even more young people find hope, strength, and a brighter tomorrow.

Thank you for being part of our journey.
