We provide free Nature Therapy sessions for young people in conjunction with Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.
Sessions include cooking over a campfire, wildlife observation, stream dipping and art and craft activities. Spending time in nature can help reduce stress, anxiety and improve emotional health and well-being.
Sessions are run after school for 11-16 year olds. There is a waiting list for this service.
