Forest bathing is a Japanese practice of relaxation. The simple method of being calm and quiet among the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help you de-stress and boost health and well-being in a natural way.
The session will be lead by Alison Seymour, a qualified forest bathing practitioner & forest ranger.
Conditions: Ticket holders must be aged 18+.
